๐ŸŒด

To book staff time off please go to the calendar. Click on the column of the staff member you are booking holiday for on the first day of their time off! Then click on the option 'Book new time off' as you see here.

This will open up the time off scheduler on the right hand side of the calendar. It looks like this!

Firstly, you need to choose the type of time off, in this case holiday! ๐Ÿ๏ธ

This will also bring up the time off allowance table below. Here you can see how many holiday days a staff members gets, how many they have used and how many they have scheduled in the future.

Next you need to determine if it's all day it's just for a time block.

Next you need to add if it repeats for more than one day and how long the time off will last!

In this example the holiday is every day until September 8th.

Finally, you have the option to add a note to the time off. For example, if this was under review (unconfirmed) or the staff member was adding it themselves and needed to notify their manager why they would be away.

Once you have added your note and double checked your scheduler just click on 'Book time off' to slot that right into the calendar!!

Once added, it will look something like this!

That's your time off booked! Now time to enjoy the sunshine!
