If you need support on your Instagram account please follow the steps below! We advise contacting Instagram on the following -

Click the top left (three horizontal lines)

Simply go to the page you are seeing a problem with and shake your mobile device!

Select 'Report a problem' and then decide on 'Include and Continue' or not. If you select to include, this will share details on your account and device to the tickrt automatically to help Instagram to define the problem.

Here you can report the issue and upload any photos to support your request.

2. Click Help
3. Click Report a problem
