What can Slick do?
Slick’s support team is here to help with anything related to our salon management software. 😊
We’re not able to troubleshoot issues on other platforms — like Instagram or other social media sites — since they’re outside of Slick’s system. We can advise on the integration we have (setting up book now buttons!) but we cannot help with access and system settings.
If you’re having trouble logging in or recovering your account on those platforms, it’s best to reach out to their support team directly.
