Ensuring against No shows and Cancellations is easy with Slick. Check out the steps below for another added level of security for appointments.

Firstly, go to the menu and Clients, Notifications & Marketing and then clients.
Click twice on ‘Cancellations’ filter at top of page to re-filter list and show all clients who have highest cancellation. Make list of all these names of anyone who has more than 0 cancellations.
Do the same with ‘No shows’ on this filter list.
Go back into Calendar and tag each client as ‘needs deposit’ or whatever tag you've got to ensure staff know that that client needs a deposit for their next booking.
You can tag a client by searching their name, opening their client profile and selecting 'add tags' as you see here!
