Our payment provider Stripe offers a one-year limited warranty on all card readers purchased through Stripe.
If your reader breaks or malfunctions, contact Slick, along with the serial number of the device and a description of the issue you are experiencing.
The serial number is listed on a sticker on the back of the reader. It begins with “WSC” and is printed on the second line of text -- the line beginning “S/N”.
Unfortunately, once opened Slick are unable to accept returns on non-faulty card readers.
You agree to take full responsibility for ensuring the Card Reader meets your requirements and that you have the appropriate internet connections to support SlickPay
