The WisePOS E is a countertop card reader for SlickPay. It connects to Slick over the internet and accepts:
Chip & PIN and contactless payments
Apple Pay and Google Pay
Magnetic-stripe payments
Connecting your reader
The reader connects via Wi-Fi or Ethernet (using the optional Dock). If Wi-Fi isn’t available, you can use a 4G/5G hotspot.
Important: SlickPay requires a password-protected Wi-Fi network.
Receipts are sent to customers by email through Slick.
Cost
WisePOS E currently costs £179 + VAT per unit.
PLEASE NOTE - You agree to process a minimum of £5,000 in the first 3 months following order or agree for the cost of the reader (£179+VAT) to be debited to your account.

What is the Admin PIN?
The admin PIN is 07139. This gives you access to the settings menu. This menu gives you access to Wifi, reader registration, and device diagnostics.
What is the WisePOS E Dock?
Charges the Reader.
Allows Ethernet cable to be plugged in which allows Reader to be Connected to Internet for sites with poor WiFI connectivity.

WisePOS E costs £39 + VAT per unit, plus £8 postage.
Warranty
Your purchase includes a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the shipping date. More information can be found under the Terms and Conditions.
