Sometimes, a new update will mean you need to do a full refresh of your browser to access the newest Version of Slick.

Find our below how to do that on your Mac computer.

1) Open Safari on your computer.

2) Slick 'Safari' on the top left corner, next to the Apple logo.

3) Click on 'Preferences'.

4) On the next pop up window, as seen below, click onto 'Advanced. Then select the tick box at the bottom 'Show Develop menu in menu bar'.

5) Your menu bar should now look like this.

6) Click on Develop and then 'Empty Caches'.

7) Next click on History on the menu bar.

Then click 'Clear History'.

8) This will have given your browser a squeaky clean refresh so you can go and login as normal at getslick.com !

Now, with a fully refreshed browser you should be able to log in as normal and be on the squeaky clean, updated version of Slick!

If you are still finding issues with getting to the most recent version of Slick, please also try shutting down your device and turning it back on.
