Step by step
Start by simply click on the appointment in the calendar or client profile, then select 'Manage' and then 'Delete'.
You will then be asked to confirm the deletion.
If your client has previously paid a deposit for this particular booking, you will be given three options, as you can see below!
If you need to access a list of your deleted bookings, please head to Menu - Business Reports - Downloadable - Deleted Booking Log.
