If a client cancels or you make an appointment by accident, follow these steps to remove it from the calendar!
Start by simply click on the appointment and select 'Delete'.
You will then be asked to confirm the deletion.
If your client has previously paid a deposit for this particular booking, you will be given three options, as you can see below!
If you need to access a list of your deleted bookings, please head to Menu - Business Reports - Downloadable - Deleted Booking Log.
