Slick offers a convenient and easy method for paying deposits, allowing your clients to avoid the hassle of reading out their card number over the phone. With Slick, your client can easily make a payment with just a few clicks, ensuring that the deposit is processed quickly and securely.
Clients need to follow these steps to pay for deposits for appointments from the 'Deposit request' feature on the calendar.
Click on the deposit link sent from the salon in their SMS.
Log in to their account using phone number and password. If they do not have an account, click on the "Create a New Account" button.
Once they see their booked appointment on the screen, click on "Pay Deposit."
Enter your card details and click "Pay Deposit" as you see here.
Once payment is processed successfully, they will receive a confirmation email that looks like this ππ½. Please make sure they do not forget to check their spam folder after booking an appointment.
