When setting up your SlickPay account with Stripe, you will need to have the following items handy.
You will be asked to choose your type of business from the following list
Companies
Company name as listed on Companies House
Companies House ID Number (this can be found by searching your company on the Companies House Website)
A copy of your passport or driving licence
Bank account number + sort code for receipt of payments
Proof of residential address for the person who wishes to receive the payments:
Stripe is required to verify your address.
Please upload a document that shows your full name and residential address, and matches the information listed on your Stripe account.
Accepted documents:
Utility bill or notice of services
Statement or notice of service from a financial institution
Government issued letter
Driver's license
Solicitors letter
Council or housing association documentation
Benefits Agency documentation
Electoral Register entry
NHS Medical card
GP letter of registration with the surgery
Individual / Sole Trader
Legal first and second name name
Your business website or social media handle
Bank account number + sort code for receipt of payments
Stripe is required to verify your address.
Please upload a document that shows your full name and residential address, and matches the information listed on your Stripe account.

Do i need a hard copy?
No- Stripe allows you to upload photos or images of your documents. If you are using your phone or your device has a camera, you can even take a photo there and then
Document guidelines:
Must be dated within the last 6 months
Must be different than the document used for proof of ID
Incomplete or cropped documents will not accepted
