You can choose whether appointment cards remain in the calendar when marked as no-show/cancellation or if they are removed to free up space!

Go to the Menu on the top left and then scroll down to click Staff and business Settings.
Find Calendar settings on the next Menu.
Here you will see the the option for "No-shows and cancellations". Have the box TICKED to see your no-shows/cancellations in the calendar!
