How do I update my salon login email address and password?

Reset email/password on desktop

You can change your salon user settings by following the below steps:

  • Click 'Menu' in the top left corner

  • Go to 'Staff and Business Settings'

  • Click on 'Email & password'

The email address is the username that allows you to login to your Slick account. Edit that from this page.

You can update information fields at any time except Permission Level which is controlled by the Salon Manager.

You can also reset the password for your account by clicking 'Change password'.

  • Enter your old password and then a new one.

  • Click 'Update Password'!

Reset email/password in App

You can change your salon user settings by following the below steps:

  • Click More in the bottom corner

  • Select Email & Password from the menu there

  • Enter the new email and save or follow steps to enter a new and secure password by clicking 'Change password'.
