Step by Step
Click on the Calendar icon on the top right.
Open up the visibility tools as you see here! Make the changes you need and then click 'Apply'.
Zoom level : How close or far out the zoom level is. This will control how many appointments you see at once and the size of the text.
See below 'Small' on the left and 'Large' on the right.
Staff columns visible in day view : This controls the number of staff you see at one time. The others are visible - simply scroll across to see them!
Colour mode : Control the colour cards on your calendar - bright or light, to suit your style!
Visibility settings : Hide non working staff to see just what is relevant per day! You can also hid no shows/cancellations to ensure you can see what slots are available at the time!
