Why have my payouts been paused?

If you recently updated your payout bank account, payouts are temporarily paused as a security measure while we verify the change.

I didn’t change my bank details — what should I do?

Please contact us immediately. We’ll secure your account and investigate any suspicious activity.

How do I resume my payouts?

You’ll need to complete a quick selfie identity verification. Just follow the secure link we send you via email to submit your government ID and Selfie.

What does the identity check involve?

You’ll be asked to:

  • Upload a government-issued photo ID

  • Complete a quick selfie check

This helps confirm that you made the change.

How long does verification take?

Once you submit your details, verification is usually reviewed by Stripe shortly after. We’ll resume payouts as soon as everything is confirmed by them and we'll let you know right away!

When will I receive my payouts again?

After verification is approved and payouts are resumed, payments will restart from 9am the following day.

Why is this verification required?

This is to protect your account and prevent fraud, especially after bank account changes. Changes in bank account details can be an early fraud detection so our system automatically flags this to keep your money safe.

What happens if I don’t complete verification?

Payouts will remain paused until the identity check is completed.

Who can I contact if I need help?

Reply to the email you received or contact our support team, and we’ll assist you there. In some cases, we may need to escalate to Stripe support if there are problems with your verification.
