Add a note to your policies
Go to Menu - Online booking, e vouchers and payments.
Click on the 'Policy & terms' section.
We advise adding a note to all 3 sections.

Add this information to socials!
Ensure you have a nice image that suits your branding and add this to your Instagram and Facebook pages to keep your clients up to date with this change.
You can use the templates provided here but add some more personality here to tay true to your salon branding!

Send a text blast
Go to Menu - Clients, notifications and marketing. Select your clients with mobile numbers by clicking 'show me clients' here!
Filter this list by your colour categories. Click on the 'services' filter and select any colour categories here.
Next filter by 'date range' and cover any clients from the date your change will come into place. We advise adding at least 3-6 months from the date that your colour provider will be changing!

A text direct to their mobile - with an 80-90% open rate.
Via their social media platforms - where people often spend many minutes per day!
On their online booking - at the welcome message, patch test prompt, cancellation displayed at confirmation when booking and their booking confirmation email!!
