If you’re changing colour providers or your current provider is updating their formulas, follow these steps to prepare your team and clients.
Update Your Policies
Go to Menu → Online Booking, E-Vouchers & Payments → Policy & Terms.
(If using the app, tap More in the bottom-right corner to get to the menu.)
Add a note to all 3 policy sections.
Suggested Wording
“Please note: From {date}, all colour clients must complete a new patch test due to updated colour formulas.”
“Important: Due to changes in {provider} colour formulas, all colour clients will require a new patch test from {date}.”
“Attention colour clients: New patch tests are required from {date} following changes to {provider} colour formulas.”
Post on Social Media
Use the picture above or create a branded image and share the update on Instagram and Facebook to keep clients informed.
You can use the template messages above, or personalise them to match your salon’s tone and branding.
Send a Text Campaign
Go to Menu → Clients, Notifications & Marketing.
(If using the app, tap More in the bottom-right corner.)
Select clients with mobile numbers.
Filter by colour service categories.
Set a date range covering clients from the last 3–6 months before the change takes effect.
Send a message using one of the templates above to notify clients in advance.
