If you are looking to track where your bookings are coming from then you can do this from Staff KPI's & Hours and Business reports.
Menu - Staff KPI's & Hours
The number in KPI is the count of bookings performed within the selected period.
Menu - Business reports - Bookings
At the top of the screen you'll see your booking origin specifying the salon created and online bookings with the total number of individual bookings (2 services booked together is one booking) and the value of these.
The number in the booking report is the count of bookings made within the selected period.

What if there's a difference between my booking report and Google tracking?
If you see a difference between Google and the booking report, it means some bookings were not tracked by Google Analytics.
The reasons for this could be:
- The user didn't allow Google Analytics to track the NCOB's
- Some users might have Ad Blockers / Privacy Tools
- If the confirmation page closed early, GA won’t count the conversion
