If your client is struggling to reset their password via Slick, please send them the video below!
IMPORTANT - Clients will only have an online profile if they have previously booked online. Having a profile on your salon does not mean they have a login to access via the Slick Client portal.

Close all tabs with Slick open.
Open the link again via SMS from the salon.
Double check you're resetting from this page and NOT the salon login page.
Please also check any spam and junk SMS folders on your mobile phone and make sure your phone is charged and has network coverage.
