Have you accidentally selected the wrong option when setting up your stripe account or has your financial agreement changed? Here's how you can easily change your stripe account settings.
Go to 'Online Booking & Payments' and under 'General Settings' go to 'Staff: Online Services, Stripe Accounts & Tips'
On the right side of the screen, in the 'Takings/Tips sent to YOUR bank' column you can see what all staff member's current stripe setup is:
If you would like to change these settings, click 'Edit Setup' and select the option that applies to you or your staff member, and then press 'Save Changes'
