If you've set up a demo with us, you will likely receive an email covering something called Zoom. Zoom is the FREE app we use to show you our screen during the demo, as well as provide our dulcet tones!
In the email, there will be a link to the call - if you don't have the Zoom app installed already, you'll likely see these screens when you click on that link.
Installing the Zoom App
In order to complete the demo properly, you'll need to download the FREE Zoom app! To do this: head over to the app store from your iPad's homepage, click on the magnifying glass and then type "Zoom" in the search bar! You can then tap to download it, looking for the icon seen below 😊
If you have trouble finding it, the exact name is "ZOOM Cloud Meetings", but most searches near that should bring it up as it's a popular app!
From there, you can go back to the link in the Email and click it as you did before. This time it should open the call, as you'd expect!
