Before you begin... To create a service you need:
A Job Title e.g Stylist
A Service in a Category e.g Balayage in the Colour category.
A Staff Member i.e your name saved to an active column
Step 1: Job Titles
Your account will be pre-loaded with 1 job title: Stylist.
Head to Staff & Business Settings > Job Titles
Here you can Rename the existing title
Create your own job titles
Job titles are useful as it allows you to set up different prices & timings per staff member for the same service.
Step 2: Categories & Services
Categories help group services together e.g Colour or Cutting to help staff and clients find what they need.
Setting Up Categories
Your account will be pre-loaded with some example Categories like 'Colouring'.
You can rename the existing Categories by clicking Edit
Or you can create your own by clicking New Category
Select the 'bin' icon to remove any category you may not need.
You can choose the colour for each category- any services in this category will be shown in this colour in the diary.
Just click the category and select edit colour.
Setting Up Services
Your account will be pre-loaded with some example Services like 'Full head highlights'.
You can rename & change the prices / timings of the existing Services by clicking Edit
You can add new services by clicking on Add Another Service
Type in the name of the service
Add price and timings
Application time is the time taken to do the service
Processing time is for colour / chemical services only
Click on 'save new service' to save them.
Step 3: Staff Members
Your name will appear in the Staff Access section.
Change your details and change your role by clicking Edit
Add more Staff by clicking New Staff Member

Any services you add will also need to be ticked on for online booking to show for clients to book themselves in!
