Can I change a transaction after checkout?

Mistakes happen so use refund/edit transaction to correct them.

We all make mistakes, but here at Slick we want to help you fix them!

Once a booking has been checked out, you can always edit this transaction at a later date to correct payment type, tips, stylist name etc.


To make changes, head to 'cash up' on the Menu.

Then use the date picker to find the booking date of the booking you want to change.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page to see Client Bills and find the transaction you wish to change.

Click 'Refund/Edit' (if you are on a phone or tablet, you may need to scroll across!).

Confirm you want to refund or edit the transaction by clicking 'Yes'.

At this stage, you can go back to the transaction and make any changes you need to make by checking it out again. Just click the handy re-checkout button!

The checkout will re-open and you can now complete the transaction with the correct information!

Please note, all voided transactions will remain in the 'Client Bills' list so you have a 'paper trail' of all changes made.
