The text reminder message will always be sent with the appointment start time of the first service in your client's booking as it stands at the time the message is sent.
Please note that if your client arrives at the wrong time and because their reminder message shows a different time to that on your calendar, this is most likely to be because the appointment was moved to a different time after the text message was sent.

You can always check what start time was sent in the original message by looking in your client's profile under Scheduled Bookings:
