Go to https://zoom.us/ sign up for an account and follow the steps to download Zoom onto your computer.

Once you have downloaded the app, click on the 'Home' button in the bottom, left-hand corner and then select 'Schedule.'

Type in the name of the Meeting e.g. 'Slick Demo for Hair House,' select the date and start time and click 'Schedule.'

You can sync it to your iCal or close the calendar box which will open.

To send details of a meeting, click on the 'Meetings' button (second in from the left on the bottom of the Zoom app) and click Copy.

Paste this into the email or intercom message you wish to send. It will look like this.....

To start the meeting, click 'Start' on the Zoom app.

You will then see this screen below. Just click the X in the smaller box.

The click 'Share Screen' highlighted in red below.

Then click 'Desktop 1' highlighted in red below.

Once the other meeting attendee has joined the meeting (sometimes they will ask for the Meeting ID) you will be able to see them appear in the Manage Participants box (i.e. the number of attendees will be 2 or more) in the Zoom bar at the top of your screen. You can also pause or stop your screen share via this tool bar too.

By clicking 'Stop Share' you can 'End Meeting for All.'
