If you use software from another provider, Slick can export all your current data including client details, client notes, bookings, products, services and stylists and import them directly into your new Slick Salon.
All you need to do is download TeamViewer onto the device which runs your software and one of our tech wizards will extract the data.
Step 1
Go to on https://www.teamviewer.com/en/ and click the 'Download For Free' button highlighted in green.
TeamViewer will then automatically download.
Step 2
In the pop up box which appears, make sure 'Basic Installation' is selected and tick 'Personal Use' in the box below 'How do you want to use TeamViewer?'.
Click 'Accept - Finish'.
Step 3
Please give your Partner ID and Password (highlighted in red below) and your software login to your Slick Account Manager. This will enable Slick to remotely access your computer to extract the data required to get you up and running on Slick.
Please leave your computer on to allow us to gain access.
Please note: we do not share your data with any third party and all methods of extraction and import are fully GDPR compliant.
