Refund a no show fee charged accidentally

If you would like to refund a no show fee that you have charged please contact the team via the Live Chat bubble on the bottom right corner of any Slick page.

Please provide the team with this information -

  • Client name

  • Date of appointment

  • Amount to be returned to the customer

Once we have this information it will be submitted it to the technical team for them to revert this payment to your customer.
