How to sell a retail product.

Walk-in retail sale but no booking? No problem!

If a client is purchasing a retail product but doesn't have a booking, you can still add the purchase history to their profile for future reference.

You can also read through these simple steps to find out how to add a retail product sale to a client profile.

Click 'Retail Sale' and then 'Sell product' on the calendar page to start.

This will bring you to the below page! Here you can add the product as normal and check out if the purchaser does not have a client profile.

If you would like to add the sale to a client profile, please follow these steps!

Click 'Remove' on the top right hand corner.

Next, click 'Add client'. Search for the clients name and select them from the drop-down.

Search for the product you are selling or scan using your Stock Management app to add to the checkout.

If the product sale needs to be associated with a particular staff member, this can be changed here also by clicking their name under 'staff member' and selecting the correct person from the drop-down.

If you would like to use this client's deposit/credit on account towards this product, simply find and add their deposit here!

You can now complete checkout as normal. Simple!
