To scan items you've used, simply open the Slick scanner app on your iPhone or iPad.

Tap "Use Product" from the menu.

Then simply scan the barcode of the product you have used. Tap the white "Use Product" button to confirm, and then enter the number you have used and hit "Done":

his will log the number "Used" in your Stock Used/Sold section and deduct that amount from your current holding shown in the "Used" column:

Here you can start to type the item you want to mark as used and select it from the dropdown list and add the quantity.

Then just press 'Use item".

This will reduce the item on your Stock management and make note of it under Stock used/sold.
