💡 We have had reports of emails such as the below from upgrade@getslick.support. All official Slick emails will come from our domain which is getslick.com
Please remember: Slick Support will NEVER ask you to change your password over the phone or ask you to enter your login details.
If you receive a call or message asking you to update your password, please follow these steps:
Do NOT change your password.
Write down the number that contacted you. (Our official Support number is 01202 286005.)
Contact Slick Customer Support immediately.
If you have already received one of these calls and changed your password as instructed, please:
Reset your password to a strong password only you know.
Get in touch with our Support team via Live Chat as soon as possible.
