Advice on staying safe from scammers calling posing to be Slick.

From time to time scammers target businesses and we want to make sure you stay vigilant.

Scammers might call customers pretending to be Slick Support, asking them to change their account password.

πŸ’‘ We have had some reports of 02081913281 calling - this is a scam number do not answer this.

Please remember: Slick Support will NEVER ask you to change your password over the phone.

If you receive a call or message asking you to update your password, please follow these steps:

  1. Do NOT change your password.

  2. Write down the number that contacted you. (Our official Support number is 01202 286005.)

  3. Contact Slick Customer Support immediately.

If you have already received one of these calls and changed your password as instructed, please:

  1. Reset your password to a strong password only you know.

  2. Get in touch with our Support team via Live Chat as soon as possible.

Our team is actively investigating these incidents and will work with the appropriate authorities to address the issue.
