To start using dictation on an Apple computer, please select the Apple logo in the top left corner and then select System Settings.

Scroll down to the section keyboard at the bottom.

When on the keyboard section insured that the toggle and dictate is enabled.

Once this has been enabled, you can use the keyboard microphone key to enable dictation at any time. Just click into the live chat as if you're going to type, click the microphone and start speaking!
